Product support for the brainattic free pilot.

Email hello@brainattic.ai. We reply by email on a reasonable-efforts basis during Bulgarian business hours. The free pilot has no contractual response-time, uptime, or 24×7 support commitment.

What we can help with

  • signup, email verification, sign-in, and account recovery;
  • connecting Claude, ChatGPT, Mistral, or another MCP client;
  • unexpected tool, search, document, attachment, reminder, or export behaviour;
  • workspace membership, roles, administration, closure, and data export;
  • billing questions if paid plans are introduced; and
  • privacy enquiries and responsible security reporting through the dedicated routes below.

What to include

To help us find the right event safely, include:

  • your account email and workspace name;
  • the affected web or AI client;
  • the approximate time and timezone;
  • a correlation or reference identifier, if the product showed one; and
  • a concise description of what you expected and what happened.

Do not send passwords, access or refresh tokens, reCAPTCHA tokens, recovery codes, private keys, or confidential document content. We will ask for a safer diagnostic if more detail is needed.

Privacy and security

For a data-protection request or privacy question, email privacy@brainattic.ai and review the Privacy Policy. If your request concerns Customer Content controlled by your organisation, also contact your workspace administrator.

For a suspected vulnerability or security incident, follow our published security.txt reporting contact. Do not include live credentials or Customer Content in an initial report.
