Use Claude with brainattic
Connect Claude to brainattic when you need an answer from your team's procedures, incident notes, or decisions. Each teammate signs in with their own brainattic account and can reach only the information that account is allowed to access. When Claude answers, it receives the context you request for that interaction, subject to Anthropic's own privacy and account controls.
Find the right handoff for the next shift
Imagine an engineer starting an on-call shift. They can ask Claude:
- “Find the current escalation procedure and the last incident note for this service. What does the next responder need to know? Show me the sources.”
- “File these confirmed handoff notes with the on-call procedure, following our workspace rules.”
Claude can bring together the current steps and incident context for the incoming responder. Review saved changes and restore an earlier version when needed.
Your team decides who can read or change its knowledge and gives Claude guidance on how it should be kept.
